Electronic policy delivery

ASSURA is the customer-facing brand operated by P/E RUSLAN SHTUNDER. ASSURA provides the digital application and support channel. JSC Insurance Company Imedi L provides the insurance, issues the policy and carries the insurance obligations.
ASSURA does not ship a physical product. After successful payment and policy issuance by JSC Insurance Company Imedi L, the official policy is made available electronically as a PDF.
The process is: application, payment confirmation, policy issuance by Imedi L, then electronic access to the official PDF. Issuance time can depend on insurer validation; ASSURA does not promise instant issuance.
The official PDF issued by Imedi L is the primary insurance document. My Policy is an additional digital access interface and does not replace the official PDF.
