To request cancellation or a refund, contact ASSURA directly at info@assura.ge or +995 591 000 024 and provide the order or policy number and any information requested for the review. Do not contact a payment provider to start the process; ASSURA handles the customer-facing request.

Cancellation eligibility and the refundable amount are determined under the applicable insurance policy and cancellation terms, including whether the policy has been issued and whether cover has started. A cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund, and ASSURA does not state a universal cancellation fee or promise a 100% refund.
