ASSURA is the customer-facing brand operated by P/E RUSLAN SHTUNDER and the online distribution, application and customer-support channel for travel insurance provided and issued by JSC Insurance Company Imedi L. ASSURA is not an insurance company, does not underwrite risk and does not decide insurance claims.

Before confirmation, the customer can review the trip period, travellers, exact available price in GEL, insurer and applicable documents. The customer is responsible for checking that submitted contact, passport and trip information is correct.

After successful completion and issuance, the official Imedi L policy PDF is delivered electronically. My Policy is a convenient access layer and does not replace the official PDF.

Prices and payments are authoritative in GEL. Any USD amount is informational only. Bank transfer is available; when CRM provides a payment link for an order, online card payment continues on the secure payment page.
